Day2...a crew of 12 showed up at 7am to start the job and at 8pm the job was finished. Day3....the dumpster was gone and our yard was clean and debris free. Wow, it was completed and looked awesome!

"My roof was damaged by wind and hail in late Spring. We had our insurance company come and look at the roof and were told it had very little damage. The insurance company wrote us a check for $600.00 to have it repaired. An old family friend suggested we have Mike Smith, of Total Roofing Concepts, come and take a look at it. Based on what he found, he felt like the insurance company should replace our entire roof. He called for a follow-up visit with the insurance company, which he said was within my contractual rights. Mike came out and met the adjuster at my house with me. He spent time going over every spot where he felt there was damage and negotiated with them on our behalf. At the end of the meeting, my insurance company agreed that my roof was indeed damaged and needed to be replaced and wrote a check for $11,000.00 for the replacement. My wife and I picked a color, within a few days the materials showed up, and the next day the roofing crew showed up and did the entire roof in ONE DAY and also did an amazing job of cleaning up!
We now have a new roof that was upgraded to architectural shingles and it only cost us our insurance deductible. Mike was incredibly professional, on time and communicated by phone and email the way you’d expect someone in business to do. The entire process was easy once Mike got involved.
